Designated Competent Authority(ies) (as per 1 March 2019):

“The Tunisian Notaries are designated as Competent Authorities within the meaning of Article 6, paragraph 2, of the Convention (…). Notaries will be the only authority authorised in Tunisia to issue the Apostille in accordance with the provisions of the Convention (…) as of 1 March 2019. The list of notaries practising this profession in Tunisia is fixed by order of the Tunisian Minister of Justice.”
